Our gooseneck kettle is works on gas and electric cooktops excluding induction, and has a 1 liter boiling capacity (1.2 liter total capacity). This durable stainless steel kettle is handwash only. Avoid abrasive soaps, cleansers, or scouring pads.. Normal daily use on the stovetop or placing the kettle on rough surfaces may damage the finish on the base of the kettle, but won’t affect its ability to make a great cup of tea or coffee.
